Dell has released an updated version of the laptop XPS 13 Developer Edition, also known under the code name of Sputnik 3.
This new model is equipped with a 13.3-inch touchscreen display with a Full HD resolution of 1920×1080 pixels, and the Intel Core i5 or i7 fourth generation (family Haswell). Graphics subsystem can be represented by a built-in processor graphics engine Intel HD graphics 4440 or HD 5000. The device has on-board 8 GB of RAM and a solid state drive capacity of 128 or 256 GB. It also reported the presence of wireless modules Wi-Fi 802.11ac and Bluetooth 4.0. The operating system used by Ubuntu 12.04 LTS.
Laptop Dell XPS 13 Developer Edition is available now in the U.S., and next week will be available in other markets. Configuration with a Core i5 processor and a storage capacity of 128 GB is $ 1250, and the price of the model with a Core i7 chip and a 256 GB SSD is $ 1550.
