Scientists at the Tokyo Institute of Technology demonstrated his invention – a medical robot IBIS. The device is designed for surgical operations and different flexibility and accuracy of manipulators. Unlike fully electronic U.S. counterpart, called da Vinci Surgical System, “hands” Japanese use pneumatics, which allows for feedback from your doctor and monitor their efforts. The engineers behind the invention, promise to provide a complete ready-to-use robot for five years.
