LG plans to debut on the market of devices running Chrome OS

LG has filed with the Office of Intellectual Property in Australia, an application for registration of several trademarks, including ChromeOne, ChromeDesk and ChromeStation, which the South Korean giant in the near future plans to use for a variety of devices.

LG has plans to use the trademarks for a wide and diverse range of computing devices belonging to the “Class 9”, which includes projectors, smart phones, laptops, monitors, tablets, DVD-players, and even external HDD.

It is worth noting that at the time of the partnership between LG and Google are limited to the development and production of smartphones Nexus, while the company Samsung, HP and Acer in conjunction with the search giant is actively promoting Chromebooks.

Applications for registration of trade marks ChromeOne, ChromeDesk and ChromeStation at the moment are in a state of “accepted for review”.
