British scientists from the University of Southampton sponsored by Nokia’s managed to lightning charge a mobile phone. As the test device has been selected WP-machine Lumia 925.
Using laboratory equipment, the experts were able to generate a discharge voltage of more than 200,000 volts – artificial lightning. This discharge was passed at a distance of 30 centimeters, is captured and sent to a transformer, which was carried out with the phone charging the battery.
The scientists were surprised to say the electronics smartphone has managed to stabilize their own current and charge the battery in just a few seconds.
We were amazed to see how Nokia electronics somehow stabilized the noisy signal, allowing the battery to charge, – commented on the results the researchers.
It is hoped that the owners of vehicles discharged Lumia 925 will not stand in the shower with a raised telephone, asking for energy from the sky.
