Today OPPO has introduced a new smartphone Neo 7. Earlier this year OPPO unveiled entry-level smartphones Neo 5 and Neo 5C. New device OPPO Neo 7 is also entry-level smartphone, but with its own features.
Smartphone Neo 7 has a 5-inch display with a rather poor resolution 960 × 540 pixels. The heart of the device is a single-chip Snapdragon platform 410 with a 4-core processor (1.2 GHz). Only on the basis of these data it is already possible to suggest that the device will be offered at a relatively affordable price, when to go on sale.
Smartphone is equipped with 1 GB of RAM. The user has 16 GB of internal memory which can be expanded with microSD cards. Autonomous time of OPPO Neo provides a battery capacity of 2420 mAh.
There are two cameras, the resolution of which is equal to 5- and 8-megapixels. The main camera has a sensor size 1/4 and a lens with a maximum aperture of F / 2.0, as well as flash. The front camera can use the light emitted by the screen at maximum brightness as the flash.
OPPO Neo 7 supports two SIM cards, a slot for MicroSD cards and 4G LTE connection, which of course is a pleasant bonus.
The smartphone will run on Android 5.1 Lollipop with firm shell OPPO OS 2.1. The company has also added several new software features, such as LockScreen Magazine, filter Beautify 3.0 and flash-screen self.
Special mention deserves the design of the smartphone. The smartphone has a metal frame and made of glass “mirror” back panel, which can be used as a mirror while shooting the main camera. OPPO Neo 7 is available in two colors: black and white and gold. The actual dimensions are 142.7 x 71.7 x 7.55 mm and weighs 147 grams.
OPPO has not officially announced the price of Neo 7, but we can assume that the cost would be $ 150. The company noted that there will be three models of the smartphone – a model for the US market, the other – for India and the third – an international model. In the next few weeks, the smartphone will go on sale in India and after will be available in 17 markets worldwide.
