Stream Light Company introduced a new model of tactical flashlight battery with pistol grip Waypoint Rechargeable, designed for long-range impact of lighting objects. The product will find its use in rescue, in camping, hiking, in the repair of vehicles in poor lighting conditions on the track.
The lantern is available in two versions. It can run on batteries lithium-ion or alkaline type. Developer increased light output flashlight reflector, making it a “pocket projector”, and use comfortable pistol handle it possible to reduce hand fatigue during extended use.
This product used high-power LED C4 and improved reflector ensures a high degree of dispersion or collection beam for peripheral illumination. When using 4 alkaline batteries, the maximum beam power of 550 lumens, and its range on a clear day – 625 meters. Hours for up to 10 hours or the maximum intensity of 82 hours in the low alarm mode.
When using a lithium-ion battery beam intensity up to 1000 lumens, and the range – 680 meters. Control is the trigger on the pistol grip. In addition, high-impact polycarbonate housing is provided with fittings to set the desired vector and set the lantern on the selected site for independent lighting.
The level of tightness of the housing corresponds to IPX4 for alkaline lantern and IPX8 for lithium-ion. Weight of the product in the first case reached 810 g, the second – 680 grams. Dimensions of both products do not exceed 17.1 x 18.1 cm. The cost of the alkaline version is $ 102 and a rechargeable lithium-ion – 204 US dollars.
