One of the main advantages of the planetary mixer SMEG SMF01 – optional “Soft Start”, which allows you to start mixing gently and gradually. Planetary mixer construction provides effective operation of the entire volume stainless steel bowl, which capacity is 4.8 liters.
The set has a flat head, which allows for almost any consistency of the mixture from the dough for the cake or cookie stuffing and mashed up from icing up the base for cheesecake. There are the head-dough hook, and accessories for whipping proteins, eggs, mayonnaise.
