Official ZTE introduced smartphone Axon Mini in mid-summer. It was known that the smartphone will have a 5.2-inch Pressure-Sensitive Super AMOLED display. Today the Chinese manufacturer announced the specifications of new smartphone and release date.
The main feature of the smartphone Axon Mini is a pressure-sensitive screen, similar to that used in Apple iPhone 6S and Huawei Mate S.
We know that ZTE Axon Mini is equipped with 8-core processor Snapdragon 616 and graphics accelerator Adreno 405. Also smartphone has 3GB of RAM.
ZTE Axon Mini is equipped with 5.2 inch display. The screen is made by technology 2.5D and has a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels.
On the back of the smartphone is the main 13-megapixel camera with phase autofocus and time focusing just 0.1 seconds, and on the front panel is quite good 8-megapixel camera.
We should also mention that ZTE Axon mini is made of aluminum-titanium alloy that is used in the production of the Boeing 787.
The new smartphone supports multiple user authentication methods, including the popular fingerprint reader, voice recognition and iris scanner.
China residents will be able to purchase ZTE Axon mini in the company store MyZTE and retailers.
The smartphone is available in colors Ion Gold, Chromium Silver and Rose Gold. Sales will begin in the “coming months” in Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore, Russia, Japan, India, Australia, France, Germany, Turkey, Spain and Italy.
The price of gold and silver ZTE Axon mini in the Asia-Pacific region will be 379 dollars, while in Europe the cost will be 329 euros.
The smartphone in the color Rose Gold can be purchased for 399 dollars and 349 euros respectively.
In addition, users will be available premium version ZTE Axon mini, which would cost 439 dollars and 389 euros.
